Description

水性富锌底漆是具有阴极保护性能的防腐蚀底漆，采用环氧树脂、水性胺固化剂、超细锌粉配制的双组分环保涂料。作为通用的阴极保护型防腐蚀涂料，可提供局部破损的阴极保护性能，具有极佳的防腐蚀性能。

APPLICATION DETAILS

施工条件

Application conditions:

只适用于通风良好的区域，并确保在密闭空间或空气停滞时应用足够的强制通风。流水线作业必须采用强制通风干燥（50-70℃）以保证施工的顺畅性。

Apply only in well ventilated areas and ensure that adequate forced ventilation exists when applying paint in confined spaces or when the air is stagnant. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

底材处理

SUBSTRATE  PREPARATION:

待涂装钢铁除去底材表面上的油，灰和其它杂物，喷砂处理至Sa2.5，粗糙度达到20-40微米。

To remove oil, ash and other debris on the surface of the base. Sandblasting is processed to Sa2.5 with surface roughness of 20-40 microns.

New steel: Abrasive blasting to minimum Sa2.5 is recommended. The surface
