水性环氧中间漆是采用环氧树脂、水性胺固化剂、高级防腐蚀颜填料配制的双组分环保涂料。作为集装箱涂装的中间层使用，与富锌底漆形成协同效应。同时增加涂层厚度，提高防腐蚀年限。
Waterborne epoxy middle coating is a two-component environment-friendly coating made of epoxy resin, waterborne amine curing agent and advanced anticorrosive pigments and fillers. As an intermediate layer for container coating, it has synergistic effect with zinc rich primer. At the same time, the thickness of the coating is increased and the corrosion protection life is increased.

施工条件
Application conditions:
|
只适用于通风良好的区域，并确保在密闭空间或空气停滞时应用足够的强制通风。流水线作业必须采用强制通风干燥（50-80℃）以保证施工的顺畅性。
Apply only in well ventilated areas and ensure that adequate forced ventilation exists when applying paint in confined spaces or when the air is stagnant. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

底材处理
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
|
待涂装钢铁除去底材表面上的油，灰和其它杂物，喷砂处理至Sa2.5，粗糙度达到20-40微米。
To remove oil, ash and other debris on the surface of the base. Sandblasting is processed to Sa2.5 with surface roughness of 20-40 microns.

小面积施工可采用刷涂、辊涂或者空气喷涂，稀释比率 体积比0-20%
无气喷涂：喷嘴口径：0.017~0.021" 喷嘴压力：15~20MP
稀释比率：5%(体积比），以上数据也可根据现场情况进行调整。
